Long Term Care Facilities

Long-Term Care programs provide round-the-clock professional care and support for seniors with complex health needs who are unable to remain at home.

Located at the corner of Sussex Drive and Rumble Street in Burnaby, B.C., Burnaby Fair Haven provides residential care to 100 seniors, all with their own private room and ensuite. Within the facility is a 25-bed unit which specializes in care for those with dementia who require a secured environment.

Vancouver Fair Haven is located on East 48th Avenue and Vivian Street in the Killarney neighborhood. There are 101 residential care beds including two dementia care units. The facility has 88 private rooms with private ensuite and 6 shared (double) rooms.
