Burnaby Apartments is an affordable housing option for seniors 55+. The building consists of 55 fully accessible one-bedroom apartments, 33 of which are supported by BC Housing as “Rent Geared to Income”.
Welcome to Vivian Apartments by Fair Haven Homes Society. Located in South Vancouver’s desirable Killarney neighbourhood, Vivian Apartments is designed for independent adults 55+. Brand new, bright, modern studio and one bedroom homes for singles, couples and those with accessibility challenges.
McKay Apartments is designed to foster a strong community and encourage residents to be as active as they want to be. Opened in 2019, this building has contemporary suites for seniors over the age of 55.
Long-term Care Facilities
Long-term Care programs provide round-the-clock professional care and support for seniors with complex health needs who are unable to remain at home.

Located at the corner of Sussex Drive and Rumble Street in Burnaby, BC, Burnaby Fair Haven provides residential care to 100 seniors, all with their own private room and two-piece ensuite. Within the facility is a 25-bed unit that specializes in care for those with dementia who require a secured environment.
Vancouver Fair Haven is located on East 48th Avenue and Vivian Street in the Killarney neighborhood. There are 101 residential care beds including two dementia care units. The facility has 88 private rooms with private ensuite and 6 shared (double) rooms.
